No Show Policy
We take our clients’ appointments seriously, and have been working towards a system that benefits the client by creating flexibility in uncertain situations, all while trying to minimize the effects cancellations have on our business operation overall. Clients are required to provide a 24-hour cancellation notice in the event that you are not able to maintain your scheduled services. If you cancel less than 24 hours you will be subject to our No Show Fees below.
1st No Show Offense: $15 Fee paid before booking next appointment
2nd No Show Offense: Half of all services booked paid before booking next appointment
3rd No Show Offense: All services booked must be paid before booking next appointment
4th No Show Offense: Pre-Pay all services, and you will be re-evaluated after 6 months of ‘0’ “no-shows”.
If our stylists are not available on your scheduled service day, and we did not give you 24 hour notice and/or find another stylist who can do your hair at a time agreeable to you the same day, we will discount your next service.
