OUR POLICIES

Your appointments are very important to us and reserved just for you. Our cancellation policy is designed to benefit our guests by keeping our appointment schedule as accurate and available as possible, and to allow us enough time to inform our standby guests of any availability.

Appointments

We recommend that you reserve appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time and service provider for your services. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files at time of booking in order to reserve the appointment. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations a 50% charge of the reserved service amount will be charged.

Cancellations and No Shows

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, a 24-hour advance notification is required to avoid being billed for 50% of the services reserved.
For weave services, 48-hour advance notification is required to avoid being billed 50% of the services reserved. Failure to show up to your appointment will also result in a charge to your credit card for 50% of the amount of services reserved.

Late Arrivals

Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct time needed to complete your services. Please help us by being on time so that we may complete your service as scheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we apologize that your service will modified to maximize your remaining schedule time or it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

Confirmations

As a courtesy, we will send out an email or text to confirm your appointment two business days prior to your appointment date. Please ensure we have your current email address and phone number on file to ensure you receive our confirmation notifications. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help us serve our guests better by providing enough notices to avoid cancellation fees.
